Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive your item to withdraw from your purchase, for any reason and without having to give any justification. This applies to all products, including sale items.

How to return an item

To start a return, contact us at help@buffetcrampon.com with your order number, or send us the model withdrawal form available in our Terms of Sale. We will send you a prepaid return label, together with instructions on how to send your package. Return shipping is free of charge.

Please send your item back without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of informing us of your decision, to the following address:

Items must be returned complete, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation. You may handle the item as you would in a store to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning; however, you may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from any other use.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the package is damaged, note your reservations on the carrier's delivery slip, then contact us within 72 hours (3 days) at help@buffetcrampon.com with your order number and photos. If your item is defective or does not match your order, contact us so that we can make it right: all our products are covered by the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, as described in our Terms of Sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will refund all amounts paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method as your original purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
